The Audio-Visual Preservation Trust of Canada is seeking English and French article submissions for the 14th edition of our newsletter, PreserVision
We looking for newsworthy and unique stories about archival projects:
- Projects being undertaken or completed
- Special features
- Interest pieces
- Editorials
- Point form submissions for our “Festival Footnotes” section (ie: Festivals, Important Dates…)
- Point form submissions for our “Industry Shorts” section (100-150 words in length
Unless otherwise noted, articles should be between 150-300 words in length and may be edited at our discretion for clarity, length and style.
Pictures may accompany an article, but must include a credit line and caption and must be cleared for all permissions & rights in advance.
The newsletter is for general information purposes only. The views expressed in the newsletter are not necessarily those fo the AV Trust. We will take allr easonable measures to ensure that the material contained in this newsletter is correct. However, the AV Trust gives no warranty and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or the completeness of the material.
The deadline for submissions is Monday, June 2, 2008.
